Bought a small catnip pillow on Saturday at a craft thing. Forgot it in my purse.
This morning, I found my purse on the counter ransacked. Slobbery wet catnip pillow on floor.
I think I know who to blame.

Wise cats help you be more like them
He’s having so much fun. On the other hand I spent a good part of my morning yesterday chasing Ariana from the robin-sized bird that she brought in to play with, getting the bird outside (with the help of my next-door neighbour) and sweeping up all the feathers strewn around the livingroom and hallway! In spite of all the feathers, the bird was fine and flew off as soon as Jason opened the box he’d captured it in.

OMG Ariana is a mighty huntress. Mine mostly point out bugs in the house. They don’t kill them, just point.

Yes, she hunts well but then tends to play with them – like the three mice she brought in at various times last week, which are now somewhere in my apartment! Yesterday she was trying to capture a fly. I’m not sure if she did, but I just realised that it stopped buzzing!!
